All our guests who have stayed with us, for the current month and take part in the feedback, will get a chance to win free accommodation at any of our destinations.
The "free accommodation" is limited only to the cost of the accommodation. This does not include other costs like travel, food, etc.
The draw will be conducted only from the people who have stayed and replied to the feedback form within the current month.
There is no limit to the number of entries.
The "free accommodation" is limited to one '2 person room' for 2 days, at any of the locations of Hindu Religious and Charitable Endowments, Karnataka.
The Hindu Religious and Charitable Endowments, Karnataka will not exchange the accomodation for money. The winners may transfer the free accommodation to other relatives.
Every person who gives a feedback after their stay, will be alloted a number. There will be a draw, conducted under the supervision of the Commissioner of the Hindu Religious and Charitable Endowments, Karnataka, to choose the winner of the free accommodation.
The winners will be contacted by the phone number submitted to the website; https://karnatakatemplesaccommodation.com; 3 times for 3 days. In case, the person does not answer, it is the Commissioner of the Hindu Religious and Charitable Endowments, Karnataka's prerogative to choose another winner.
The winners must only pay the associated GST of the free accommodation. There will not be any other fees.
The participants grant the Hindu Religious and Charitable Endowments, Karnataka, the right to use their name, likeness, and other identifying information for publicity purposes.
Any invalid information provided by the winner will disqualify them.
All disputes will be resolved by the Commissioner of the Hindu Religious and Charitable Endowments, Karnataka.
Participation in the feedback survey constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions and all applicable laws and regulations will be followed.
The Commissioner of the Hindu Religious and Charitable Endowments, Karnataka, reserves the right to modify or terminate the lottery at any time, with or without notice.
The Karnataka High court will govern any disputes not settled by the Commissioner of the Hindu Religious and Charitable Endowments, Karnataka.
If any part of the terms and conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will still apply.
