Sri Revanna Siddeshwaraswamy Temple Accommodation, Ramanagara

  • Children under the age of 12 are allowed for free, while those who are 12 years old or older will be charged as adults.
  • Each room can accommodate up to two adults and one child.
  • User can book maximum upto 2 rooms and rooms can be booked for maximum 3 days.
  • No refund and no cancellation.
  • Caution deposit has to be deposited to the manager. Please ensure that you carry the caution deposit, in cash.
  • No food should be carried inside the room.
  • In case of any government emergency, room bookings will be cancelled, and we will refund your money.
  • At the time of entry, all devotees shall produce the same original ID proof used during booking. Age proof shall be produced for children below stipulated age to entry the temple without booking tickets.
  • The devotees shall wear traditional dress only. Male: Dhoti, Shirt/Kurtha, Pyjama / Pant. Female: Saree / Half Saree / Chudidar with Dupatta.
  • All the devotees in group ticket have to report together.
  • All the devotees shall report as per their time slot only.
  • All bookings are final. Postponement / advancement / cancellation / refund is not allowed (if paid).
  • Entry with foot wear is not permitted into the queue lines and Temple.
  • In view of Covid-19, all the devotees should maintain social distancing, should wear mask, shall co-operate for thermal screening and should carry personal sanitizer. Entry will only be permitted to those who wear masks.
  • Touching of idols, holy books and statues will not be allowed, and physical distances will have to be maintained in queues through markings.
  • Physical offerings like holy water will not be permitted.
  • Devotees will not be allowed to ring bells when they entry the temples and there will be no community feasts either.
  • Check-in from 09:00 am, checkout time till next day 09:00 am.

About the Temple:
Sri Revana Siddeshwara temple is situated on the top of the hill near Ramanagara town in Karnataka. Sir Revana Siddeshwara Swamy is regarded as one of the greatest Saints of the Shaiva Sect in the Hindu religion. Sri Revana Siddeshwara is believed to be the re-incarnation of Jagadguru Sri Renukacharya the founder of “Veerashaiva Siddantha” (Shaiva Dharma) with a slogan “sarve janaha sukhino bhavanthu” is said to have performed penance at the sacred cave hill which is named after him. Historically, this temple attracts devotees from all over the country with the temple devoted to Sri Revana Siddeshwara who traveled across the country serving other people in the name of Lord Shiva.

About the Facility/Choultry:
Pravasodhyama Yathri Nivas has been constructed for the benefit of the devotees who come to the temple. The guest house has 14 executive rooms. Of this 7 rooms have two single cots, and 7 other rooms have single cot facility. All the rooms have attached toilet and bath rooms, geyser facility, 24 hours drinking water facility and electricity (UPS provision) supply. Each room has been provided with extra mat, pillow, and bedsheet and each of the room can accommodate up to 4 people. Meat consumption, alcohol consumption and illegal activities are not allowed in these rooms. Around 3 to 4 private resorts are there near to the temple.
